The circular vibrating screen that moves in circles is a highly efficient new vibrating screen consisting of multiple stages. It uses the drum-like eccentric-shaft exciter and the eccentric block to regulate the amplitude. With long screening line and various screening sizes, it is characterized by reliable structure, strong excitation, highly efficient screening, small vibration noise, solid and durable construction, easy repair, and safe operation. The circular vibrating screen is widely applied to product classification in mining, building materials, transportation, energy, and chemical sectors. Structure

It mainly comprises the screen box, exciter, suspension (or supporting) devices and electric motor. The motor drives the exciter spindle to rotate by way of the V-belt, and vibrate the screen box because of the centrifugal inertial force of the imbalanced weight on the exciter. By changing the eccentric load of the exciter, different amplitudes can be achived.

 

Main advantages:

Strong vibration of the screen box reduces the possibility of sieve mesh blocking by materials, and therefore enables the sieve to have a higher screening efficiency and productivity. It has a simple construction and easy replacement of the sieve. Less power required for every ton of materials screened.
